Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Despite Jeff Filamonte’s past ripp-off reports, I gave him a chance and considerable pay for computer, email, CRM, Microsoft Exchange work supposedly done and to do. Though he seems brilliant and capable, almost every word of his turned out to be a lie. Almost everything he said he would do, he did not. As soon as we started business, he ditched his phone, and no way to contact him. I have a complete email history proving his lies.
Jeff Filamonte serves western Massachusetts, Springfield, chicopee and surrounding areas.
I am pursuing legal action to the hilt.

Hired Jeff Filamonte and he has 2200.00 of my moiney. Promised 5 times to come and finish. Had equipment for 6 weeks, when he came to install he put black cameras oin a white house. I paid extra for white. He then stated he would come, but hasnt even shown up or called till many days later. Have been pateint, but last weekend he knew I was mad for being lied to and has now dissappeared with expensive equipment, left black cameras up and they are unhooked.... Wont answer calls or texts now....will prosecute also, but if first complaintant has address and contact info, please call me aT (((REDACTED)))and relay to me. 2 bad cases are stronger than one !!!!
