Jeff Fordley/Fordley Construction: Thief, Liar, Scammer, No remorse at all. Rensselaer New York

This is just a short statement.  Contact me for more details if needed.   I was scammed by this person and found out later that he has scammed several others in the area.  He starts the job with demolition (the only thing he does well), and shows up each day to win your trust.  Then he finds more and more things “wrong” with your home.  It’s all part of the scam.  He calls you to locations and explains new problems he’s found.  He begins to ask for more and more money for supplies, etc. to repair these “new” problems. -- Jumps from one task to the other to make it seem like he’s working; yet never puts in a full day and constantly leaves the job site to buy “materials” that you’ll never see.   He is not skilled at carpentry at all and makes a mess of your property.  You catch him in lies, which he tries to worm out of, and before you know it, it’s too late.  Fordley has judgments and liens against him.  He’s filed bankruptcy.   You’ll have to stand in line to collect your loss (and will probably never get it).  He’s a liar and a thief and has changed his business name several times.  Beware of this crook.
