 On May 15, 2012 I was searching craigslist.org for a company to help me restore and help clean up my credit report files. While on my search I contacted a few companies on of them being Jeff Holland/ CFG Assist. I contacted him and he called me back within 30 minutes.

I explained to him my credit report issues. Once I got done explaining all my credit issues, he said the best way to determine how long it would take to restore my credit, how much it would cost, and to see what's exactly in my reports, I needed to send him by email a full credit report. Fortunately I had a recent online credit report from all 3 major companies. I went ahead and emailed himmy report.

Jeff called me be later that afternoon after he had review my report and told me how much it would cost and how long. I thought his charges where reasonable and I agreed over the phone to do business with him. He went ahead and emailed a contract for me to fill out and emailed back to him.

After I had filled the contract I went ahead and emailed the contract. I went ahead also to pay him $1000 thru my paypal account. He said it take 3-6 months to restore my credit. The time went by and I kept on waiting for paperwork to arrive from the credit companies by mail. Well nothing arrived.

I spoke with Jeff about this concerned and he said things were looking good and sometimes paperwork takes longer. He sounded confident over the phone and that place my mind at ease. He went ahead and gave me the name of his assistant/processor Norma Vasquez. I spoke with Norma and she said eveything was coming along. 7 Months later finally some paperwork arrived from the credit company with bad news. They couldn't removed anything.

After 9 months of the process I knew this was a scam by Jeff Holland and Norma Vasquez. I called and called finally a few days he called me back with an excuse and couldn't call be earlier. I asked him for a refund and he asked for more time. I said sure, but if in the next 30 days I don't received any results Jeff said he would give me a refund.

Well 30 days past and no resullts. January 2013 I've tried calling him many many times, left various voicemails different days and different times. Well it's August 2013 and I havent heard back from him at all. No refunds at all. His website has been shut down. I was scammed by Jeff Holland and Norma Vasquez.

I am glad I can resolve the matter as soon as I found out about the matter. People need to take note that when given comapny phones and email addresses it has it weakness, case in point after I left company I was unaware of the backlash that it was facing and I had no way of knowing. Thanks to this site, I was able to rectify the situation and resolve a lingering matter. Herbert is not the first to have this happen to him and I hope that other companies and individuals have the same moral compass and ethics I try to display. Thank you Herbert for giving the opportunity to resolve the case and resolve it as we did. I hope you take me up on my offer for my services and if not refer many.

Very Happy with the END Result!

I want to inform the community that after a couple of years Jeff was able contact me through email. I responded to his emails and finally was able to speak with him again over the phone. The phone call went very well. He apologize for the whole situation and explained everyting in detail what had happened. It seems to me after the conversation I had with Jeff it was the company's fault. Jeff was able to give me a refund the same day we spoke. He didn't negotiate anything on the amount I requested. I'm very happy with the results. I might even give his services a try, if I ever needed again. The best!!

Hey hubert, I contacted norma vasquez, but no help getting your number. I dont mind sending you a refund, please respond to my email, i sent you one. I left mines prior for your response. You can contact me directly. I dont get notifcations of this site so email is best. I will be awaiting your information so I can right the ship with you. I dont like my name tainted when I didnt try to cause no harm. You didnt get no response from me because i left the company and gave back company phone. But no worries this matter will be behind us as soon as you email me.

Jeff,

Whether it was your company's fault or not. I paid you and I can't trust you anymore. I didn't transfer my $1,000 into a company account  but your account. If you really want to help and be responsible for your actions, I'll take the offer offer you made to me the last time we spoke over the phone. You said you would give me a refund, not a complete refund but a percentage of it, you never called me back or answer any of my calls after that. I wrote the first complaint on you in 2013 and 2 years later yo answer?? Well like always I don't expect to hear from you anytime soon or ever. I still have all records. Hey Hubert,  I'm sorry if you thought that the harm that was caused was of my doing. Let me tell you that the company I use to work for cfg assist was the one in fact that could not perform task at hand. I'm sorry for my exuberant confidence in that company. I did believe that they can help at the time.  What I'm willing to do is assist you on your credit free of charge.  We have a great system in place and I will right the ship for you.  Since my employment at the company I have created my company.
