Jeff Paul Systems ripoff did not refund my money when returned do not respond to calls Rochester New York

I purchased the Jeff Paul System from an Ad I heard on a local radio station. I was told it would only cost me $9.99 shipping and handling for the system. I could check it out for 30 days and return it at no additional charge if I found it wasn't for me.

After I called and received a return authorization, the very next day my credit card was charged $97.00, 1st of 4 monthly installment payments for the system. I called and was told that the charge was placed to ensure I would return the system and once they received it I would receive a refund.

I placed a delivery confirmation (as I recommend everyone does to protect themselves) and it stated they received it October 1, 2003. I have called several times, emailed about 5 or 6 times, I only received one response by email and that was to say they would get back to me later that day. I have yet to receive another response or my refund.

It is now December 2nd and they have not responded to the Better Business Bureau either. I never authorized an additional charge and they charged it anyway.

Unfortunately, I used Paypal and after so many days you cannot fight a charge. I would STAY AWAY from this company. The system is a bunch of crap that we have all read and they do not honor their word. DO NOT BUY!
