I'd really like to know, in his infinite wisdom, how he is going to sue someone for defamation when it's true? Jeff would be publically exposed in court, and he'll have to prove the allegations aren't true. Since it sounds like they are, it would seem utterly pointless for Jeff Roberti (scam artist by some people's opinion) to sue someone for something he can't prove against. It would only be karma's fair shake for a slick willy to have woman after woman testify as to prove (or disprove) the reporter's comments. Then, what are the damages and can they be proven? It seems to be this is a very distinct effort to muffle the mouths of those who speak truth. It is a free country afterall.

The proof that Jeff is everything the reporter suggested lies in his friend's empty threat to sue anyone who posted this report. That is a pretty guilty reaction if you ask me. Keep in mind that if you google Jeff Roberti, he has likely hired a reputation management company to push down the terms like "scam" etc since there is very clearly a big effort to create content and hide those terms. I have known Jeff through juice plus and I can say with certainty that he is the scum that the reporter wrote. He is a very lost man who thinks other women will fulfill him since all he is paid to do with juice plus is talk about how much money he makes. I hope Jeff Roberti spends a little of his proclaimed millions trying to cram a sock down the throats of the people he has screwed (metaphorically and literally) over the years. Good for the websites like this that allow real people to expose the garbage.

To whom it may concern, Jeff has retained who he feels is the best attorney in this area of the law (defamation) to begin the legal process to find out who is defaming him on this website.  He will commit whatever financial resources are necessary to protect his name and hold accountable (whether civil or criminal) ALL parties posting defamatory information.

Wow I was surprised to come across this of all things today. Well, let me say that the original poster's comments have a lot of merit. I have experienced this first hand and I have first hand knowledge of Jeff Roberti's sleazy ways. I don't want to say more since I do not wish to be drug into this mess, but I will caution all women to stay alert to this man's advances. It would appear that thinking with his other head is finally catching up to him. It does not look good on him or his company Juice Plus.

We heard from a friend of the target. Now I'll weigh in as a mere bystander. There's nothing necessarily wrong with a single man being a hound dog. Even if not single, that's a matter between himself, his mate and God. It's not for you, the poster, to drag this filthy laundry into Ripoff Reports. It's actually pretty cowardly to do what you did, and it's legally libel if unfounded and not provable. And no ripoff. Where's the ripoff, other than what you did to him? Di various women fall for his charms? That's between them and him, not YOU! He didn't (we assume) put any gun to anyone's head and demand sex. Are you a friend or something to his 10 year partner? We can take it that they are not married, based on your wording. Well, go with someone 10 years without a legal commitment and nobody should feel bad for you when the inevitable happens. We've all heard the joke about "Why buy the cow when milk is free". Bottom line, you probably bought yourself a lawsuit because what you wrote here probably amounts to defamation and while RR will not remove this posting, they probably would turn over your ID to inquiring lawyers. As a mere layman, I would advise not doing things like this again.

I have known Jeff for over 20+ years and consider him a very close friend. We have also been a part of the same JP business for many, many years. I find it to be very unsettling that a consumer advocacy site would give an anonymous poster a forum for defamation. This is obviously not a consumer advocacy issue but instead an attempt by an anonymous poster to personally defame Jeff.

Everyone who knows Jeff will undoubtedly see this for what it is a clear attempt by someone to defame him and JP. Defending the post would be ridiculous as it simply contains no fact or merit. Jeff has been part of the company that markets JP worldwide for over 24 years. If these allegations were legitimate then why in over 24 years has there never been a claim like this before? Why would this company allow its top distributor to act in this manner if there was any truth to this matter, especially given the extent of the claim regarding the length and magnitude of Jeffs purported actions? If he is harassing individuals, why hasnt one of them contacted him, filed a complaint or even communicated with the company about such a claim?

The answers to these questions are very simple if one uses a little common sense. That common sense would lead anyone to clearly see this as a defamation attempt by some person (or possible competitive company). Jeff is a successful public figure, which means he will always have his fans and his critics, but what a shame that the internet allows for such slander. I personally hope Jeffs attorneys find out who posted this defamatory information so he can hold them accountable for their actions.

Dont give this nonsense another thought Jeff. There's a world of people who love you, respect you and are outraged that a man of your character would be so viciously attacked with meritless, unfounded nonsense.
