First let me say sites such as "Rip Off Report .com" hold no merit.  Its amazing that a site can legally be able to allow slander to be written against people/businesses with no validity required. 

Whats even more unreal is that "Rip Off Report.com" also owns the company that charges you thousands of dollars to remove your negative report, or bury you in the search engines so companies, potential clients, or anyone else cant see you. Now that sounds like a contridiction. 

Now writing about a bad experience is perfectly fine in my opinion and I believe everyone has the right.  However for Google to have it post in the top position on their search engine is in my opinion "extortion".  It causes harm to an individual or company without any validity, for all anyone knows it could be competition or a angry ex-employee.  Also the person with the complaint doesnt have to leave their name??  I thought the site was to rectify a situation?, maybe Rip Off Report should have a complaint written against them?, just a thought.  Oh wait they wont allow you to post about their company, can we say discrimination?

Regarding the posting against my company no one has given me or my company $2500 to do a loan modification. We do offer assistance with Loan Modifications, Debt Settlements, Mediation, and Answering Lawsuits. 

We would love to discuss the matter and reach a resolve with whomever wrote this complaint however like the other 2 complaints against myself and my company on this site, no one leaves their names, so as far as we are concerned this could be an irrate ex-employee or competition.
