We received an order for a printer from this jeffery gagliano in early october and promptly delivered said printer.  two and a half months later we get a claim via paypal from this guy claiming the wireless card doesn't work in it.   Coincidence that the time for a claim on paypal is 90 days?  We think not..

We thought it was a much more recent order and promptly sent out another printer luckily to the wrong address as it was mislabeled in the shipping department of our business.

We discovered the buyer had not gotten the replacement printer and took a closer look and discovered the time since the sale..  and that the guarantee promised on the website where it had sold was for 30 days.   Not two and a half months.....  The buyer obviously knows the 90 day guarantee from paypal.   Crook has done this before...

Jeff then claimed that he had been complaining about the printer since it was purchased in october, which was a lie.  first we had heard back from him on this was mid january...  and called us crooks...  saying the mistake on the replacement (which he was not entitled to) hadn't arrived and it had been done on purpose...  not a error as it was.

We figure the jerk had used up the full toner we had provided with the printer upon shipment initially and was sending it back used and toner empty with a much higher page count on it.

Well, paypal, being how they are, bought into this bull story and have the intent to refund him his money, plus the shipping, which we will be out for this item, and he can send it back.

Paypal did, at least tell us that if the original page count, which was recorded in the original sale, is higher and the toner empty that they will let us appeal the decision...  I've never seen one of those go as it should from them.  they always rip off the sellers like 99% of the time.

This petty theif is simply a cheat and liar who has obviously done this sort of thing before.

I would think that if the "executive" level employees of this company CSM Fasteners behave in this manner i can imagine what their other ways of doing business are like.

NO great suprise they are located in NEW YORK, where at least half of sales to this location end up in some sort of rip off...  kind of people they all are.
