It seems that the system is getting beat up again , as they are taking some time off of the original time given to Jeffrey for being good .( so they think ! ) Jeffrey has skated in the Past , from jail time

Jeffrey has been just as devious from within the jails , as he lies to even other inmates and solicites money and funds in a variety of ways to avoid the judgement put on his own account.

Florida would do grave injustice to citizens if jeffrey gets out at all no less early . The new date of scheduled release is now    August 27th 2012 ............

All need be aware , to be ready to watch the movements and interactions of Jeffrey as he gets put back into society where he knows only one thing his whole life ..... Scam , Cheat , Lie , forge , steal from everyone , including his own Family / extended Family ...... No one is safe , Believe that .

All florida counties will be alerted of this developement as well as every state between Boston and Florida , pictures , criminal history , SS# , etc will be offered for saftey of the public and all US institutions of financial nature will also , if not already be warned as well , 

I Hope the first thing Jeffrey does is find his way back to this site and realise there is only one way through this for the rest of his life . Honor his punishment , and do what all other hard working honest americans do to survive . do an honest days work , get paid , and actually pay the bills with good currencys ........... can I get an AMEN .......

Jeffrey we are Watching you and all that goes with it ......trust in that as well !!!!!!

I also have a copy of letter sent to me for Mr Eddie Poirier , another Victim of Jeffrey and Alan ,  Also  this was because Jeffrey forgot the address ,

Ed Has become a very good friend , Due to this whole mess Jeffrey and Alan created . ,

Eddie and his , are as good as family with me and mine . In my book ! And that will never change .

I plan a family visit to Florida shortly , for purposes of vacation and maybe Both eddie and I can get some bear hunting in , and maybe dinner and a show with our familys . 

AS OF NOW !! to keep Jeffrey where he is , ( in jail ) as long as possible , is of concern as He does continue to commit purgery to the courts and attempt to scate on charges , Just the proof is needed to be sent so the Judge can slap him with more charges and with proof provided at his appeals this can be done for now . More to follow as updates come in .. ( And keep spreading the word privately and publicly ).

 

   THE VICTIMS NOT ONLY REFUSE TO LET GO / JEFFREY WRITES THEM AS FRIENDS !!!!!

Jeffrey has been a busy boy these past few months , and as some other posts comment all seem to be correct , as I will post the proof as in the past ( below ) !

For those keeping watchful eye , This is smart as I have come to find that Jeffrey does have intentions on continueing his old ways when he gets out !

Recently I did receive an official letter from the Bankruptcy court central florida , that claimed I was being listed from jeffrey who filed from jail , This done in an attempt to stop my future claims against him and attempt to slow others on any claims , judgments , liens they plan to file on Jeffrey .

I Also have a letter written by Alan to the court , stateing he emplores the court to put jeffrey in a mental facility for life to get the help he needs . ( This letter signed was given to the Assist. SA that handled the case on my judgement that the Honorable Judge Herr awarded me Jan 20 2011.

Jeffrey Has also Appealed every charge , and every decision of past made by everyone in Seminole and in Orange countys , in an attempt to Delay and scam and try once again to use these tactics  on the court , Jeffrey himself has told me personally of this tactic that has worked for him in the past on some past charges .

Jeffrey also finds it in his mind that we are friends / He thinks that he can send me letters from Jail attempt calls to my house , and even has asked in writing for Money ,letter and stamps for me to send to him in jail . This is mind bogoling to me as I have had no contact with Jeffrey since his arrest and encarceration July 2 2010 .( LOL ) 
He also thinks it necessary to send me from his current Home a Visitation application ( Partially filled out ) The area filled out jeffrey marked the section listed as ( Victim / Friend ) and Marked Friend for my convience should I send it back , which is not gonna happen ( LOL ) 

I did notify the state attorneys office and send copys of everything to the Fraud Dept and the Jail is next , to Keep Jeffrey from masterminding a defense against me in the future . 1st the letter of Bankruptcy I received , then the letter from Jail , then after I sent out letters and copys to all authorities telling of jeffreys past and his future attempts of scam , I did receive yet another letter from the Bankruptcy court , 

This was a Cancelation of the recent Bankruptcy letter , due to the reason , That the last bankruptcy actually done correctly by Jeffrey has not yet cleared the appropiate amount of time between filings , 

Jeffrey had miscalculated by a few months , Its an 8 yr wait from actual Discharge , and I am sure Jeffrey thought is was from date of file . ( I guess his lawyer skills are not up to date ) as he claims he works in the law library at the Jail , I guess he missed that part .

As for Alan , I have told him of my interest to reclaim the money they owe me , and to file against him what his share of the money he owes would only be right , He refuses to arrange with me any repayment willingly so I will only have to go through legal methods to obtain any recovery of funds at the most recent avail time I have .

Alan also recently claimed Bankruptcy and guess what , He never listed me as a person of interest on that claim so as of now I have at least 8 yrs to make my claim against him .
He has filed and received a injunction against jeffrey for at least another year , 
Jeffrey does not have his old car as they reposesed it , Dad got rid of the other vehicle , it didnt pay for him to invest in the repair , He does now have another car of his own , to drive for now.

He has collected cash from the parent of a child that he drives in his school bus , This from Alans own rantings of the cost of pet bills that he has .( operation for one of his beagles )
Hey I say if you cant afford to pay for your own bills you shouldnt be cruel to animals or even have them . no less get another to add to the problem .

But as this is little or no concern of mine , I do know Alan has enemys because Alan thinks I am Behind some issues that have occured to him . But lo and Behold , I will never go behind his or anyones back to do anything underhanded or Illegal , I will do whatever I have to legally and I will as in the past be up front and forward about it . I ALWAYS WAS WITH BOTH ALAN AND JEFFREY , as maybe sometime it was foolish to advertise my moves , but it was always in the hope of honor and honesty on their part I was hopeing . 

Now its Just Sorrow that I tell Alan ahead of time that I will go after the money he owes , Let the law handle it !
And Jeffrey lucked out as I was Advised not to file the Insurance fraud , False Police reports , due to the amount of time and trouble it would have meant to me , and the result to Jeffrey would have been minimal to a slap on the rist . so comon scence kicked in although anger and revenge was very much on my mind . ( I will , as others have told me ,in person and directly ) Wait till Jeffrey gets out of Jail , His probation will be a long haul , and Jeffrey will violate it , and the police , probation officer and others are just waiting for that one little violation to slap him right back in his rent free facility......... 

It is very funny that previous post says , there is a scam used through the use of bankruptcy and the process of chapter 7.

It seems that recent information intercepted and intended to slip through the cracks while jeffrey is thinking no one is watching has caught some eyes.

Bankruptcy has been filed once again by jeffrey in an attempt to avoid paying his restitution , not only that , but supposed is that this fileing was even though his last attempt at it was discharged from court due to non payment of funds for filing fees through the fraudulent means of Peabody Vacations .

I was awaiting a 341 meeting that never took place , with this attempt . It seems once again this is being attempted through Jeffrey Hirschkorn , although His last bankruptcy has not been discharged
it not being of the term required , this present attempt may fall short as well .

This does not deter Jeffrey though , his flagerent attempts to be screwing someone is always on the ticket for things to do. He has been soliciting money from inmates and their families ,  writeing letters asking for money , to even past victims in the hope they have forgotten and will feel bad for him .

He recently has had a victim put a lien on his jail account , this was a big suprise to jeffrey Im sure , not only that but Im also sure that jeffrey will also attempt to delay that deduction by his other tactic of appeal everything no matter what charge or decision or proof .

His hope to that is that people will not make the effort to follow up , or forget , or miss any court hearings and win the appeal . But seems that this is not the case as there are still many silent victims checking and making sure information gets around to others .

Eddie Poirier has been one of those stand up victims , as he still has proof that can keep jeffrey behind bars  , Proof that he has been holding back on .
As similar Bob Ross actually went to file other charges and was advised that at present those other charges would be of more difficulty to him than it would be to Jeffrey , and he Decided to wait as well .

The law would only add to jeffreys existing record but the time would only have been added as concurrent with his present time , as jeffrey would have sKated those charges , so the time and effort wasent and would not have been worth it ( I concur ).

Shame though !  Jeffrey deserves a few more years for what he has done , But it seems that most if not all are satisfied that he is in jail now , and will be fore the next year through Sept 2012.
Jeffreys Father in the meanwhile has filed for extention for his Injunction against Jeffrey and received it for the next
year ,

His Dad has some victims he has abused out there as well , weather they are Jeffreys victims or Alans Victims , Alan has in the past been a big part of the reason Jeffrey was able to scam everyone.
So people are realizing Alan should bear part of the responsibility of paying some victims back.

He is also not all innocent as he works for the Osceola county school Bus co. here in Florida and recently uses his job to solicit money from parents of school kids he Drives home to pay his bills and reclaim cash for things he has paid . Like using his dogs ( the both of them ) Yes , Now he has 2 dogs , but he finds some unsuspecting pet lover and sells them stories of hospital and vet bills to gain sympothy and cash ..( Nice guy ) then keeps the cash , And if the investor asks for a receipt , well Alan can provide such . (lol) sound familiar ..

Jeffrey used to send false receipts and forged documents , paid with worthless check etc.., and gained many receipts , and used them over and over , changed Dates and amounts to serve his needs .

BEWARE , DAD Alan Hirschkorn may have been the teacher and mastermind behind this and many scams .
AS I observe I have seen some of the areas , people are staking ( pic in last post ) out even while Jeffrey is in jail to monitor the  situation as it goes forward , I know many are still very hurt and in pain from the past .

I know this will never go away and I will be among those many waiting the day Jeffrey gets out for him to violate his probation so He can spend more time in Jail. Jeffe has appealed all of the cases as seen on line at the county clerks sites in orange and seminole , I sure Hope the system catches his abuse and then sites him for even more crime and add more time to his sentence. ( what a waiste of taxpayer money ) 

I also will whisper into the ears of many at the courts of this attempt ond other matters to be aware of .    For now I go.
