Jeffrey Leon Devilbiss is a very smooth operator/scam artist. He worms his way into your life and before you know it he is cheating and gambling your money away.

He abandoned his now adult children (when they were small) and now has done the same thing to our daughter. He started out by paying child support but that has stopped along with all the calls to his daughter.

If anyone has information as to where in Texas he is working (he is a CDL driver) or living I would appreciate the information. He is 6' 7" and approx 325# so he is not too hard to spot.

Jeffrey showed up for his child support hearing and is going through the process to pay. He is speaking to his daughter on occassion now.
