Jeffrey P Cooper Conspiracy to commit felony fraud across state lines - federal crime Internet

My company, The Perfect Takeaway, LLC is only one of more than 30 victims of this scam artist posing as an internet advertising company with false claims of having a "Subscribed Membership" of more than 30 thousand "avid golfers" who receive custom designed "email blasts" promoting clients websites.... one "email blast per month for four months".  Payments of $999.00 were made by most clients (some were less).  I have personally talked to more than 20 of these clients and determined that not one single one of them have EVER seen the first email promotion of their businesses.  They have all attempted to get their money back and have been refused.  All efforts have failed.

He agreed to refund my money once I promised to begin calling all of his clients.... then his PayPal transaction "bounced".... lack of sufficient funding.

I am now calling all of his clients - collecting signed questionnaire forms from most of them, and have turned these over to my local police department.  Criminal charges will be filed and quite possibly be turned over to the FBI.

Whether we get our money back or not, this criminal must be stopped.

I have an arrest report indicating he was arrested on 3/20/2012 by the Palm Beach Sheriff Dept. for Grand Theft (less than $5K) and is out on $3K bond.
