Please find below and attached the documents in reference to my pay shortfall. I have written numerous emails in reference to this issue. I have yet to receive a response. I really want to work through this as I enjoy what I do and the job I have. However I cannot continue if the pay issues cannot be resolved. In short here is how it breaks down. In April 2013 according to what I was told and have in an email from the office (Ben sent) all of those inspections submitted were considered rush as they were extremely past due (some as much as 3 months). The information I have is “RUSH” orders were to be paid at $12 per inspection. These “RUSH” inspections carried over into the first part of May 2013. In fact that was the reason the extra help was brought in from N. Little Rock was to get these “Past Due” inspections completed. This all in order to keep from losing the client.

Information from Inspectorade shows: April I completed 22 inspections just by what shows on inspectorade that pay was $140 but they were RUSH so that should have been $264.  I was paid $115. A payroll shortfall of $149.

May I completed 424 inspections that # less the 135 M. Williams did leaves a balance of 289  42 of the 289 I completed were RUSH per emails I have from the office. 12 of the Williams’ inspections were sent to me for follow up as noted in the email I sent 7-16-13. I am still waiting to be paid for the 6 Insurance inspections I completed in May & June of 2013 My pay for May was $1277.00 this is 594.00 short of what I believe is due as noted in the attached copy of the email sent on 7-16-13 that Deanna said she received and gave to you. I did not receive a response. June I completed 419 Inspections at the minimum of $5 per inspection that should have been $2095.00. The check I received today was for $2004.00 short by $91.00 According to my records that leaves me at the minimum shorted $834.00

Inspectorade shows my completed inspections for July to be 372 I know these are all at the $5 pay rate. I have May pay for that month at $1860.00, this check was short $125.00 that brings the shortfall to $959.00

Inspectorade shows my completed inspections for Sept 2013 as 255 you only paid for 209 leaving me short again. now legal fees have increased by$500 plus the Sept shortage. Total amount is now over $1600. pluse the money you still owe for Oct. & Nov. which is still unpaid in total you have cheated me out of just over $3600 pay your bills!
