jenni plumbing big time fraud and they took advantage of a women over 60 years old. north las vegas, Nevada

We called a heating and cooling company to fix a heater and they came out and said its a plumbing job so we called a plumbing for an estimate. He came out and played around with the heater and then said that he couldn't fix it a heating and cooling company needs to come out. He said he fixed the hot water and replaced many parts and gave us a bill of $169. He didn't replace anything and I never had a problem with the hot water. 

I asked him to leave many times over the phone and he wouldn't he said he was going to put a lien on my condo. This is a condo my 64 year old mother is living in. She was home alone and he tried to scare her and make her pay $169.00 for doing nothing. He also would not leave his bill with my mother.

I hope someone can stop companies from abusing and taking advantage of people. Especially older women.
