I am a trained psycologist and I wish I had time to do a book on Jennifer Borcherding. She is far and away the worst GAL the in the state of Missouri. In the 18 months of my divorce, she never met our two children.
She openly lied in court, lied to the judge and to opposing counsel.
On FIVE accoasions it was initmated that if I didi not pay her on time, i would lose my sons to their father.
The judges will not listen. I went to politicians, other lawyers. Everyone is afraid of her becuase she will take your children without a thought.
My husband was IN JAIL for meth two times during the divorce and she ignored this fact, as did the judge but she got her MONEY everytime.
It is bordering on some kind of n**i dictatorship. She does not care about health or proof, just money and being buddies with the judges and clerks.

She failed to protect my property, would not give me any kind of useful advice, more concerned with "not knowing in case she was questioned" or "not advising me anything that could be used against her legal ethics". I had to split the custody with my ex 50/50, and as soon as he got the agreement, he gave up seeing kinds completely. All he cared about was not paying child support he would have if the kids' schedule reflected what actually happened.
Please, open a phone book and pick someone else, anyone else.
SOMEONE needs to do SOMETHING. WHo knows the damage already done?
