 I am at a loss of words due to.how frustrated and angry I am. From the moment I lrt them.authorize.this transaction I had a bad feeling but my boyfriend swore they were reputable. SHOULD HA VE.TRUSTED INTUITION. Contract was created with Century Rentals 4/18.2013. Martha was our Rep. She was real kind and polite at first and promised a refund within 7-10 days if they were unable to locate a rental to.us and if we located one on our own. She also said that the mo.ey we are paying in the $190 will be applied to a deposit of the house we select. That they work with all kinds of credit situations and will.have no problem locating a rental property. Well, she took our money and after.that...the professional courteous female was.gone. The listings that were provided they were.in. no.way shape or form affiliated with. The properties provided were already rented by the ACTUAL realtors and management companies that handle those properties. The money they.took would never.be.applied to a.deposit nor can payments be.made on deposits as.they insisted. I.spoke with a realtor showing a property for rent on.Ceres ave.in.Fontana and she asked.how we know of.the property she.is.showing that's.for rent. Advised her that Century Rentals is handling this property from.what Martha.and other staff members stated. That they have.exclusive.rights to.these.listings. Realtor shook.her.head and felt horrible. She.told me there are many.negative remarks with.that company. That.they.should.have.never.taken our money in the.first place and to.have lied about.making payments on.deposit for that property she was.showing. I requested a.refund after locating a.rental 3 days.later on our own. They faxed me.refund request.forms. I sent.everything in and was.promised.it.would be put.back.on my.card. well come 5 days later nothing is refunded to my account so.I.contacted them. Was told to.call.tomorrow as.the customer service.rep isnt.in. Long story.short..no.refund. was then told 10-15 business days and it.goes off to some unknown "accountant" whose name.they.refused to disclose. No co.tact.number no.name nada. Called back.within 15 business days.and nothing. Now no.refund as.I.must wait 90 days.when contract expires. Amongst.the.unprofessionalism.and.a.few arguments from one.staff members stupidity and rudeness...here.comes 7/18/2013. Century Rentals is gone like the.wind. no.working numbers...tried (909)397-4253/(909)629-2907/(909)865-5835. All non working. Checked Dept of Realtors and Jennifer Renee Cooper Lic Id PRA02065 License status: CANCELLED So for those of.us looking to get a refund....what do we do now? File small.claims against Jennifer Cooper if they can even.locate.her?
