Jennifer Furniture Pembroke Pines Horrible customer service Pembroke Pines, Florida

I ordered furniture in Oct and was told it would be 7 or 8 weeks out for delivery. That was fine for me. I received a phone call in Dec that the delivery would be on the 18th and they would call with a more est. time the week of delivery. That did not happen I had to call the. The day of delivery it was a rainy day and expected a delay. At 600 pm still no delivery of phone call. I called them the sales man sounded impatient and said he did not know where they were. Finally at 650 I received a phone call from the delivery man that he was on his way. After getting lost he arrived at 715. They were very unfriendly and one man did not understand english. After they left I went outside and found that they left all the boxes and plastic out front in my neighbors parking space. I had to take them to the dumpster. I called the store and was told that I could take the boxes to their store because they had a dumpster!!!! I was told to go to the website of Jennifer and put in a complaint. I did that and did not get a response. I complained again and still no answer. When you go in the store they are very friendly but after that they dont care. My daughter is moving soon and will be in need of furniture and I can assure you she will not shop here, nor any of my friends.
