Jennifer Pace Hancock dba Custom cutter Vinyl Decals Ordered decals, hoodie, and t shirts. Never got them. Ordered in apr. after 6 months i ask for money back. She block me from the group and also her personal facebook. paypal said they would back me. it was over 45 day they could not get my money back North Judson Indiana

 In April 2013 I ordered 2 decals, 1 hoodie, and 2 t-shirts. I sent her under custom Cutters Vinyl Decals 134.00 dollars for the item by pay pal. I went to pay pal and they said they could not get my money back because it was over 45 days. This was custom make vinyl it took over 45 days. Pay pal stated they would back what ever i do.  In june Jennifer Pace Hancock said she mailed my stuff on or around fathers day. I said ok.  I waited two weeks nothing. I e-mail her on face book many times. she finally got back about 3 weeks.  She stated she was not getting her facebook and e-mails. she said she fix that problem. she stated she did not put enough postage on it. I said ok.  I waited again two week still not here. I e-mail her again. I am put gravel on my driveway get back with ya. nothing. I sent a bunch of e-mails by facebook.   She put out to everyone she got a spider bite. she stated she was very sick. I think her boyfriend put this out Rich Foreman.  I waited a couple more week. I told her i am done please send me my stuff or money.  Ok i mail it today you will get it wed or thursday. this is the middle of july.  Still nothing. I send send me the tracking number.  She said it dark out i will get it to ya in the morning. i sent e-mail, after e-mail she would not get back with me.  She stated she just mail it with 300.00 dollars insurance no control not or tracking.  I am sorry but i am done please send my money back i am done.  Now its the end of August. It has been over 6 month now i am so done.  She de-friended me. and blocked me from custom cutters vinyles decals, Gamestoppers! underground bully breeders, Brickyard mini bullys,   Her boyfriend block me to because i told him i wanted my money back. He is Rich Foreman dba as Brickyard's kennels
