My mother bought a home, I put in my name because she has no credit. She put down 16,000.00 when she closed on the home. The payments at that time were 650.00 a month. This was in January of 2005 and since then she has not paid any of her morgage payments in 2 1/2 years. I pay the morgage payment in fear of ruining my credit. I have paid this so called Attorney over 4,000.00 to help me and he has done nothing but, ignore my calls.

When I make an appointment to see him and find out what is going on, he hands me more worthless paper informing me of what his plans are but, he does nothing but send me a bill. I feel he is trying to get me to fire him so that, he can swindle me out of the money I have already paid him or prolong the court case until my 80 year old mother dies. In this case he will still keep my money.

When I confronted him about why we haven't seen the inside of a court house yet, he said " Sorry, I've been lazy". I couldn't believe he was taking my situation as a joke? I work 2 jobs and pay my bills on time but, I can feel myself starting to spiral into a downward hole with no help. I feel asthough everything I have worked all my life to hang onto maybe lost because my Lawyer wants to be lazy. I can't afford to go out and get a new Lawyer and dont know really where to turn or what to do.
