Jensen Loans Hard Money Lending Fraud Albany, New York or Maybe Not Internet

This is a Fraud alert for Neil Jensen from Jensen Loans (Or this is probably not even his real name).   Was looking for a hard money loan against a property that I owned.  I was in need a quick re-finance and decided to go the hard money approach rather than a longer tedious process through the bank.   My mistake.   Was promised a quick close and told that he handled hundred of these over the course of many years.   I was charged 3% of the loan amount $80,000 = $2,400.   We paid half up front and then half was supposed to be at closing.   His company collected the $1,200 and then dissappeared on us.   We never received the hard money re-financed loan.   This man is a very smooth and calculated con man and I hope this report will help him from finding his next victim.
