dont sent this Person any money, if you have sent money hope it was with PP or some other Service that can help you to get it back.

He offers all over the Internet his Goods Clothes Closeouts from different Brand like Aeropostale, for very cheap Price.

Thats why i have Bought this.

He has never Delivered any goods, each time he try to shearing time so, he letting you wait as long as possible.

He never delivered any goods.

same case of fraud

we send money , and after a year we dont receive merchandise , he refund only a fraction of payment with thousend of excuses, we still waiting for our money , he dont answer more emails and phone calls , one month ago was the last email comunication , we are taken legaly actions , please dont send more money to these person

Honestly there is nothing negative we can say about this customer, however please note this customer has been fully refunded by us for their order we have all of the documents to show we have provided them with a full refund.

The reason we hadnt reshipped out the order in the first place was because once we had sorted and prepared the box we realized the selection was not as good as we had described to them initially and the goods didnt fit the requirements they stated that they wanted . Instead of just sending out the box anyway, we explained this to them and offered them a refund right away, at that point. They said they would rather wait until we got more product in, which we didnt mind doing. Once the next shipment came in it was more of the same selection, so at this time we told them we were arranging the refund and would be sending it to them (which we did). We also at that time offered them a bonus offer in the future as well in addition to the refund because of this issue. We have copies of all emails between us which shows we had offered them a refund back at the first issue. As well as mentioned above we have proof to show we have sent them the total refund through paypal (this is the method by which they paid).

It was our understanding both sides were clear on everything. There may be a possibility since they are based in Germany that there was some type of mis-understanding, but we couldnt say that for sure.

We have nothing negative at all to report against them as a customer, however we just wish they would have brought this up to us prior to making these statements. Since we have sent them a refund for the order and had no problem doing so, considering we had offered it to them from the beginning.
