I ordered a box of clear covers and a black toner cartridge from OfficeFrog on 11/28/11.

I received the clear covers in a box just large enough to contain the clear covers.  There was no extra packing space.  The toner cartridge was not included with the order and was obviously never meant to be included.

I though the shipment was sent in two parts.  So I waited for the toner cartridge to arrive shipped in a separate box.  That box never came.

On Dec 11, 2011 I sent an email to OfficeFrog requesting the cartridge.  No response!

On Dec 15 and 16 I sent more emails.  No responses!

Later on Dec 16 I called OfficeFrog by telephone.  I talked to Doug.  Doug promised to check into the matter and call me back.

On Dec 16 Doug called and left a message on my answer machine.  He said he had checked and the problem was my problem because I had waited too long to report the problem.  They had no responsibility to complete the order.

OfficeFrog made an error by mistake or on purpose.  They billed me for a product they did not supply or try to supply.  On Monday I will call my credit card company and attempt to stop payment to OfficeFrog.

I wanted to take a moment to respond to Jerold's report regarding his recent order with OfficeFrog.com. 

Once I learned of the issue I contacted Jerold to resolve the matter with him directly.  I asked him to allow me to properly investigate and confirm the situation.  Tracing our order fulfillment process with Jerold's order, he is correct.  We failed to include one of his items in the order.  We were preparing to ship out the missing item however Jerold responded that he had already requested a charge back on his account and purchased the item elsewhere.  We apologized for not making his experience a good one and will be issuing a refund for the missing item.

I want to assure readers we take our customer experience and order processing seriously and would never with-hold items from their orders.  Furthermore, should there ever be an issue with an order or items within an order we have been able to resolve most issues that meet or exceed customer satisfaction levels.

We understand buyers have a choice when shopping online.  We work hard to make their experience a good one.  We also understand there may be times when issues arise where we could have done better.  In this case, our customer service efforts could have done better to escalate the issue internally.  We will learn from this instance and work harder to uphold customer satisfaction.
