I am the founder, owner and operator of a mailbox/shipping store similar to a Kinkos or Mail Boxes etc style venue.

Jerry Schmitz approached me after about two months with the idea to start a second store together as a 50/50 partnership.

He found a For Rent sign in a very good location, established a lease agreement.

I paid for EVERYTHING.  Lease, paint, materials for basic remodel.  After about a week of working long hours together putting the space together Jerry became increasing hostile, abusive and belittling.  He came to a point say that we are too different to be business partners.

I have nothing in writing with him, as the lease was established under his legal entity "Express Solutions Corporation".  I invested nearly $6,000 into the small project and many hours of time which he refuses to acknowledge or reimburse.

I'll post a follow up soon with the conclusion of a pending small-claims lawsuit I am filing with the Williams County court in Williston, North Dakota.
