I am Jerry Allen Baines' wife and none of the allegations written here are factual!

Fact Jerry Allen Baines does NOT have an arrest record for DV!
Fact - There are NO protective orders against him!
Fact There are NO warrants for his arrest in any state for any reason!
Fact Jerry Allen Baines does NOT live in a single wide trailer (though there is nothing wrong with that). He lives is a single family dwelling with his WIFE and children!
Fact Jerry Allen Baines has NEVER abused his children physically or otherwise!
Fact Jerry Allen Baines currently enjoys FULL physical custody of BOTH of his daughters!
Fact The youngest daughter's allegations of molestation by a distant family member stem from being removed from her MOTHERS home at age 8 and sent to live with a distant family member of her Mothers and had NOTHING to do with her Father!
Fact The youngest child is in counseling and is doing wonderfully! She is an Honor Roll student and maintains a happy and healthy life with her Father, Stepmother, and siblings.

The last sentence of this bogus report is the most misplaced of all! The FACT of the matter is that while the girls were living with their Mother and other family members on that side of the family, they were subjected to many unwholesome environments and events. Both of the girls were present to witness sexual relations between the mother and her many partners during the period following her and Allen's divorce. Both of the girls were witness to drug use and many other unheard of things.

Now, I can sit here and bash their Mother for all of her wrong doings, however I will not. We maintain a cordial and healthy relationship with Kathy and intend to continue to do so. We ALL make mistakes! Even she doesn't hold any ill will against Allen and that must say something about the truths behind their divorce. I have spoken in depth with Kathy and she and I have bared our souls to one another. She is my friend and a loving and willing co-parent assisting in the raising of her two beautiful daughters! The girls love their Mother and we, Allen and I, fully support them in their need to be close to and involved with their Mother. The oldest Daughter is still not willing to see her Mother but she WILL come around! The younger daughter has had more time to heal, forgive, and adjust.

Lastly, perhaps one should verify that their slanderous information is factual or at very least, well written! The spelling and grammatical errors in this piece are atrocious! Perhaps this Lindy from Paige Texas should look into furthering her education or at least achieving a high school level! I truly hope whomever wrote this piece finds a way to be at peace with herself and maybe even find a bit of happiness as Allen, myself, and our children have done. It breaks my heart to think of just how sad she must really be to write such a horrible lie about someone and his children. Allen is a wonderful father, he is patient and loving and kind. The girls adore him and he dotes on them! Watching him interact with them is one of the reasons I fell in love with him in the first place. I truly believe that those girls are blessed to have him as their Father as I am blessed to have him as my husband!
