Jerry Allen Baines is a cheating, rapist, deadbeat dad. He's possibly in Knoxville, Texas or Ohio

Wow! This one is tough! Since Kathy has since come forward and posted a rebuttal of her own, I feel less than compelled to feed her to the wolves here however, in order to clear up some of the lies I will have to unearth some deep dark secrets on both sides of this ordeal

First of all, I guess I should introduce myself I am Mrs. Baines, wife of Jerry Allen Baines.

This piece of slander that I am rebutting is absolutely un-factual! That this information is even out here on the web is absurd. As we ALL know, whenever there is a divorce, there are bound to be hurt feelings, anger, and even some hate. When you have those very powerful and pungent emotions you are bound to have some explosive words to say about the opposing side. I am going to try to shed some light on this subject just for truths sake.

Without going into any details, I will say that there were affairs on BOTH sides of their marriage! This is a FACT! Kathy, my husband, and myself have discussed all the truths about the issues they have had with each other in the past in order to move forward in the future. Both of them made their share of mistakes during their marriage. Both are to blame for the failure of their marriage. They were very young when they wed and quite frankly, ill prepared for the reality and responsibility of marriage and parenthood as many of us are the first time around! Allen was NOT involved with any strippers, Kathy's niece, or her cousin during their marriage. This FACT is backed up by BOTH parties (Kathy and Allen). Again, they BOTH committed adultery and they have BOTH admitted and come to terms with the past.

Kathy new of Allen's whereabouts at ALL times following their divorce and he maintained contact with his children at ALL times! There is ZERO back child support owed and as a matter of FACT Allen has FULL custody of BOTH of their children!

Allen is a wonderful father and his daughters are doing very well. They are both happy, healthy, and well adjusted young ladies with a promising future ahead of them! Allen and I truly enjoy and are grateful for our family. We welcome and encourage Kathy to continue her involvement in the girls' lives as she will ALWAYS be their Mother and NO ONE can take her place.

I am the "Real" ex-wife to Jerry Allen Baines. I have been accused of putting this on this website. I have never been on this site (nor did I know it exsisted until Allen confronted me with this.) Whoever you are, you have no business putting your comments through my name.

To all who know Allen....they know he is a gentle person when he wants to be. Everyone has their problems, Allen and I had ours. We are divorced with two very beautiful daughters who will now suffer because of someone's cruel and malicious intentions in posting this.

To all potential empoyers of Allen....he is a hard working Man when given the chance to prove his worth.
