I put a Wanted listing on Craigslist for KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas tickets (date of the concert was Dec 11, 2011 at the Gibson Amphitheater).  He contacted me via phone and went by the name "Ryan Gooden".  He said he really needed to sell his tickets, and I really wanted tickets so we talked.  I said I would transfer money through PayPal.  He said he couldn't do paypal because he didn't have an account set up and that it takes days for it to be able to use.  He said he
needed me to transfer money via Western Union.  I asked him to tell me where the seats were and what section.  He told me some bogus seats.  So I agreed, like an idiot.  He said he needed the money by a certain time because he was leaving work or something and wouldn't be free the rest of the day.  I was busy that morning and I told him that I would go after I showered.  He was really pressuring me to hurry up.  I went to a liquor store to do the money transfer (Craig Liquor in Santa Ana).

I was on the phone with him and he was pissed to find out that I was only buying 2 tickets instead of 4.  We had agreed that he would "pay" for the western union fee until he found out he was getting half the money he was expecting.  We agreed that I would pay $90 for each ticket plus the $12 transfer fee... which is a total of $192 that I paid this jerk.

At the last second on the phone he said that his license was expired so I needed to give a security question and answer so he could get the money without an ID.  That should have been a red flag for me, but because I was on the phone and the worker at Craig Liquor was waiting for me, I felt rushed and did the security question.  I had a really bad feeling when I got off the phone with him.  He said my tickets were at will call.  I left Costa Mesa with my friend shortly after to head to the concert in Los Angeles, which is an hour away.  I called the venue and ticketmaster on the way there and they had no tickets saved under my name or "Ryan Gooden's" name.  We were halfway there and he was still texting me that ticketmaster was in the process of saving the tickets under my name.  He also started yelling at me saying I took forever to get ready and didn't give him enough time, which made no sense.  He was just trying to take the focus off of him screwing me over.  I kept calling him and he became less and less available, and I realized he was screwing me over.  He told me he couldn't give me the confirmation number or order number for the tickets because his cousin bought them and he couldn't get a hold of his cousin, which was obviously another lie.  I became furious and knew he screwed me over.  I had driven my friend all the way to LA and it was completely embarrassing that I had to tell her I got screwed by some thief.

What's worse is that he continued to tell me after this day that he would give me my money back.  I have literally been in contact with this guy via text from Dec 11, 2011 to Jan 31, 2012 with him sending me texts saying that he's going to transfer the money and then something always happens, always some excuse why he can't do it.  I have also been
calling him in the middle of the night waking him up saying that if I don't get my money I will keep calling him at all hours of the night.

He gets very pissed when I do this, which makes me feel a tiny bit better.  I was contacted by several other people who have been scammed by this guy and got his home address and real name, Jesse Gasior, his neighbor's phone number (she apparently lets him use her internet and phone for him to scam people), his girlfriend's work number, and even a
Facebook picture of what he looks like.  The phone number he had used with me is (412) 807-0097 (Pittsburgh, PA), but I know he's changed his numbers several times.  I actually called his neighbor and explained that her neighbor Jesse
scammed me and many others and that I need her help to get my money back.  She was VERY upset that I was calling because apparently she had been getting calls nonstop from people he had scammed.  Jesse was actually in her apartment when I called and I talked to him and told him I would call his girlfriend's work and I would continue to call his
neighbor until he gives my money back.  He said okay, he would give me the money tomorrow when he was off work.

The next day was another excuse... his girl had taken the car and his friend never came to pick him up... Just hundreds of lies and lots of my time and energy wasted.  I was told by some other victims that I can't harrass his neighbor or
girlfriend because of legal reasons so I never did come through with my threats, but I have called him at night waking him up at 3, 4, 5 in the morning to bother him.

This guy needs to be caught and put behind bars, and he needs to pay everyone he screwed over.  I understand that the Pittsburgh Police know about this d****e bag and have not done anything to catch him.  What is that about and how can he be caught?  He has new victims all the time and he needs to be stopped.  If you need the info of the people who got scammed by him and who contacted me giving me all of Jesse's info, let me know.  Please get this guy!!!!  I want my $192 back as well!
