1:The original document for the collateral the borrower is willing to drop,and the full name of the borrower must be on the collateral,indicating he/she really owns the collateral along side with his/her signature.

2:Unsecured loan:This is a situation whereby the borrower have no collateral to secure the loan funds he/she is seeking from me, I can only help if only the borrower is willing to pay for the non collateral fee,and the fee will be disclosed to you after you reply this mail.
