Please do your homework before purchasing from these people and save yourself alot of heart ache and trouble.

Ive prayed that someone would shut this puppy mill down and I contacted the state of pensylvania animal welfare dept as well as the attorney generals office to check in on these poor animals.

Their web site looks nice but is decieving after what happened to me I did some research on these people. I wish I had done it before hand.

Turns out that they used to live in PA and running an illegal commercial dog breeding facility. The neighbors where complaining about the waste odors and barking dogs.

Once she was charged and couldnt win the case they moved to virginia.Where they could breed and have as many as they want.

Bottom line they are selling sick dogs and need to be shut down.

Dont let their nice website with probably stolen pictures fool you.

They are running a big puppy mill establishment under the rader now in Virginia.

Follow the links for proof of what im saying.

(Quoted from article)

Wistuk owns approximately 17 acres of land in an Agricultural Zoning District of the Township

where she owns many farm animals, including horses, donkeys, hens, goats and chickens.

She also owns pigs and steer which she slaughters. These animals are permitted in that area pursuant to Section 310 of the Zoning Code which provides: "ANIMAL HUSBANDRY. The raising and keeping of livestock and poultry for capital gain, not including household and farm pets." She initially began raising puppies in the basement of her home as a breeder for purposes of selling them and then decided to expand her business into kennel operations. Apparently prior to obtaining the proper permits, Wistuk began her kennel operations, and she was issued an enforcement notice by the Township Zoning Officer charging her with operating a commercial dog kennel in the Township's Agricultural Zoning District without a permit.

(Below is a Quote from article)

She said she now has 89 adult breeding dogs and nine pet dogs. There can be up to 300 dogs during the year, depending on how many puppies are born and sold at three- to four-month intervals.

Siegel said he cited Wistuk after receiving neighbors' complaints about waste odors and barking dogs.

In addition to the dogs, Wistuk cares for 28 miniature horses, which she sells and takes on international shows, six full-sized horses, 50 guinea hens, 20 chickens, eight goats, three miniature donkeys, four pigs, two steer and ducks.

I very much doubt this account

AUTHOR: doglover - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, July 28, 2017

I adopted an adult Westie from Jessica. My dog was a retired 4 year old breeding female.

Jessica was very careful about placing the right adult with me. We had sort of arranged a certain female Westie for me but when Jessica found out that I do a lot of hiking with my other dogs she said "oh no! this little girl would hate that - she is a couch potato. Her mother was a couch potato and i know one of her sisters is a couch potato!"

She then thought of a little girl who she thought would love my lifestyle - she wasn't quite ready to be retired but Jessica thought she'd be so perfect for us that she would adopt her out then and there.

She WAS perfect and lived a long happy life with us. She also turned out to have the most bullet-proof little body I've ever experienced. In the 12+ years I had her, other than annual check-ups, she was only at the vet's twice. Once to be spayed and the other to be sadly euthanized at the old age of 16.

Jessica was always thrilled to hear how my (our) dog was doing - she always remembered all of her - and my - particulars - even if I caught her in the middle of her extensive chores.

Recently I arranged for a city-dwelling relative to adopt a retired dog from Jessica and she was just as particular about finding just the right one. She stated that she would not adopt any of the terriers to a city setting - she felt only a Bichon would be happy in a city setting. Again - I was very impressed with that.

Jessica cares about her dogs. I don't see how anyone could dispute that.

I am involved with rescue in the Northeast and they all knwo about Jessica and that she always retires her dogs quite young and adopts them out. To be honest rescues are never happy with large-scale breeding operations but they said they had to admit that Jessica "was one of the good ones" - and that her dogs always had excellent medical care.

Lastly I'll say that I was only at her property once and I did not see inside the kennels but the property was teaming with flora fowl and fauna and was immaculate. When we first spoke on the phone and I asked for an email address she told me she doesn't do email - she had zero time to be online. When I saw her palce I understood why. She must be working 24/7/365.

2nd lastly - for what its worth before I went down to pick up my girl I did a little online research to check Foxcreek out. I found a young man who'd posted something online a few years before that he was going to pick up a Scottie puppy - I asked him what his experience was. He had only glowing things to say about his now 3 year old boy.

Hope this helps someone looking for a puppy or to adopt a retired adult.

FoxCreek Kennels Bad Review is a Hoax

AUTHOR: Erica - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, June 16, 2017

FoxCreek Kennel, Jessica Wistuk, Joseph Kuzmics Foxcreek bad reviews of Foxcreek are fake and unfair to good people Buffalo Junction Virginia

I'm  owned by the most adorable Cairn terrier, Kallie Sue, who I got from Foxcreek. Not only is she beautiful, but has the sweetest temperament, loving, gentle, and gets along with all people and other animals. She's going to be 17 in two months, and my vets can't believe she's doing so well at this age. It's simply good genes. One day when she's passed on, I will definitely go back to Foxcreek to purchase another Cairn. If I'm lucky, it will be a relative of Kallie Sue's. I have forwarded several friends to her for dogs and they've also gone back for relatives of their dogs time after time. I know Jessica carefully chooses the best characteristics for her breeding and it shows.

In addition to the pleasure of spending my life with Kallie Sue, I am a long time rescue person and have also done countless rescues and rehomes of dogs and horses with Jessica from Foxcreek, over the 17 years I've known her. From when she lived near me in PA and continuing after she moved to VA to build the place of her dreams. She has a big heart and is known in her area for being the Go-To person for anyone in need of this kind of help. Her years being a vet tech has given her a high level of medical  experience, and her years of grooming and showing her dogs has given her eye for breeding quality. Together we've fixed up and rehomed all breeds and mixes of dogs, from the purebred to the dog fighting bait dog, and horses on their way to be euthanized because they've outlived their usefulness. If anyone doubts this information, please feel free to contact me..

The reason I'm posting this tonight is because I became aware of a bad review someone else posted about this kennel. We have investigated this and found out who posted it and why. It was done by another breeder who Jessica bought a dog from and then found the dog not up to her standards for her breeding program. That breeder decided to trash her publicly with lies in order to affect her sale of puppies to the public (I can give the name privately).Anyone can occasionally have a dog with an issue, and she treats them fairly and according to the adoption contract agreement. I hope this explanation will allay any concerns about the quality of her dogs, their health and the conditions they are kept in. I can't see how anyone wouldn't be happy with a Foxcreek dog or their experience with them.By the way, the info about a complaint against their home and farm in PA, which they still own, they took to court and won. That outcome is not shown here, which is misleading. What an easy way for someone with a personal beef to try to ruin someone's livlihood by posting stories to scare people away from their business, and cowardly to do it anonymously and with no proof. Shame on someone like that - they obviously have experience playing these games. I hope the discerning public can see right through that..
