Jet.com Charged my card, waited weeks to send merchandise, completely broken, no refund! Scam company Nationwide

I purchased a sink with a promo for 1st purchase.  They charged my card, sent me a confirmation I'm get my product in a few days.  This came and went.  I called only to find out an order was never placed and shipped.  Weeks later my sink arrived in a hundred pieces.  I was then told I would get a refund but would have to re-order and pay for the sink again (without the 15% discount).  I'm glad I didn't.  I never got mt $383.23 back and would have been out another $400+ dollars.  This company is a scam!  They take your money knowing they will not ship out your order until you call.  Then they sendit out weeks later damaged, and lie to you telling you they will give you your money back, knowing they will not.  Imagine how much money they are bringing in with this scam.

I have ready dozens of reviews with similar stories.  Total scam!
