On March 28/29, 2017- there appeared on my i pad a very classy, well done, flashing ad about a $4.95 offer of two hydrolux products by Jeunesse. I ordered them. I received them in the mail around April 14/15. I then received a second shipment a few weeks later around May 14/15/16.I thought that it was a mistake, a duplicate. I never opened the second shipment, since I have actually hardly even used the first shipment, and I do not care for the items anyway. A month later, around June 13, I received a third shipment, and I started to get suspicious. The return address only reads - PO BOX 500 Toronto, On. m3j 0j8. I then checked my credit card and discovered that I have been charged ~ $670. in Canadian funds since I ordered the special offer in March. ON March 29, 2017 $6.80 and also ON Mar 29, 2017 $5.41- and this is all I signed up for and all I expected for the 2 products!!  I was then charged ON April 14, 2017 $136.66 and ON April 15, 2017 $122.99

and ON May 14, 2017 $140.80

and ON May 15, 2017 $125.95

and ON June 13, 2017 $136.54.

The money is taken out of my VISA under the names Belleskin Oldham

or agelesskincream.com. I called 647-361-4622 on June 15, 2017 and screamed at the scammer, who hung up on me. I called back and did not yell, and the second scammer promised me "his employee discount' for the month of June which would = $100 in u.s. funds. (The refund is supposed to appear on my credit card. I have not seen/received that...) He said that I could not return the items, because I had signed to have them shipped monthly, and that I was to stop the process within 15 days of original purchase to have prevented the repeat charges and repeate shipments. (As I read the ad originally, I saw neither of the stipulations that he mentioned.) He went on to say that he did. at least, cancel future shipments. Once I get the 100$ refund that he promised, I will cancel my credit card, and report this to my credit card. I have also e mailed one of the many e mails that supposedly represent this evil company- I do not remember which one. I am a trusting person. I have never been scammed before. I cannot afford the $600 that they have stolen from me. It is a nightmare. If I tell my husband, he will be sooo mad at me for being stupid and foolish and for not paying attention and for throwing my money away.

Please help me.

Thank you,

Margaret
