I recived a free sample of Jevene Beauty cream only to pay for the shipping of $5.95. I have since been billed $57.90 twice within a one month period, and I have not even received the product. I have tried to contact them by telephone, and to no surprise, their phone is disconnected.

I feel this is very poor business practice and very frustrating to the consumer who now has to spend unneccesary time trying to get their money back.
