Jevene, The Essence Of Youth Charged me for products not ordered or authorized. Initial order was ONLY free sample with 3.98 shipping charge. RIPOFF Tarzana California

Ad on internet for free sample of cream; just have to pay 3.98 shipping charges.

Cream came. I didn't check bank state in October but saw in November i was charged 57.90 in October.
Another shipment came today (November 18th) and charged 57.90. with some kind of product.

I immediately sent email to company complaining and telling them i did not join any membership and wasnt going to pay. I did not realize at the time that they had charged my checking account. They wrote back that i could mail the stuff in and get a refund.

However, i saw on this web page that it says i have to pay for shipping and handling and also that they keep 15% of the price of product.

I looked online at my banking statement and discovered the charges in October and November.

I found the web page where it list violations and rip offs by this Jevene company and some people never got their refunds at all.

Please someone file a class action suit against this fraudulent company!!!!
