Diamond Ring bought & paid, returned in August, not as pictured on T.V. very Poor quality, I insured and return receipt shows they signed for return but no refund ever issued. I have called over 143 times as of today and NEVER has anyone called back. I have talked to Jack,Scott,Chad, and several Vietnamese at the warehouse. I was told they are out of business and no one comes there anymore from J.V.

I need someone to tell me how to go about collecting my money. Doesn't the F.T.C. have some liability for T.V. shows and fraud? How do I go about a lawsuit if necessary?

The T.V. show is off the air and there is no one to contact. Has anyone gotten to talk to anyone and gotten any help since the show went off?

I have been told, by whoever answers the phone(which is VERY rare) that I will have my money, don't worry. Jack has told me 5 times everything is o.k. I'll get my money.. The jokes on me!!

I have reported it to my credit card co and B.B.B. w/ no help.
