I've purchased several hundred dollars in merchandise from this company. It took forever to get the items delivered and some of the items have never arrived. I was refunded for one ring and was told that they no longer carried them but as I was shopping I found the same item for sale on both web sites (ebay and auctionriot) They have never even tried to address the other ring that is still not here. I bought several of the same ring for Christmas gifts but they have not arrived at all. While I think it's just (ok) that my money was refunded for the cheaper priced bid I still want my item or at least a full refund. They did not refund my shipping cost at all. Thank you

WELL AFTER THEY CUT RESPONSE I RECEIVED THE EARRINGS BUT NEVER RECEIVED THE CHECK BACK. SO THE QUESTION IS # 1 DID I PAY BY CHECK. #2 DID I PAY BY MASTERCARD. OR BOTH. TIME WILL TELL BY STATEMENTS. BUT REST A SURE I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN.

I BID ON A PAIR OF EARRINGS . I GOT EMARLD EARINGS FOR $8.40 TOTAL. I SENT THEM A CHECK. THEY EMAILED BACK AND SAID THEY DO NOT CASH CHECKS AND THAT THEY WILL DO AWAY WITH IT. I EMAILED BACK AND SAID I WANT MY CHECK SENT BACK TO ME.THEN I PUNCHED THE AMOUT IN ON MY MASTERCARD AGAIN.NOW THAT IS TWICE. I DO NOT NO NOW IF THEY ARE GOING TO COLLECT TWICE OR NEVER. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS. AND EBAY SEEMS TO NOT NO WHAT TO DO.SO THIS THING IS A BIG RUN AROUND.JEWELERY BY ERZA EVEN TOOK THEIR FEEDBACK OFF MY FEEDBACK FOURM. I DO NOT NO HOW THAT HAPPEN.
