i won a pair of 1.33 ct diamond studs earrings from his ebay site. it was listed as clear, shiny, etc diamonds. when i received them, they were so cloudy & had carbon spots all over the diamonds. i immediately wrote them & emailed it, that i was very unhappy & wanted a refund. they did emai me back saying, return them & i will then receive my money. so i did return them, i haven't seen a dime yet !
i emailed them & they won't return my emails either. i and a lot of people have been burnt by this guy & he needs to be shut down. he shouldn't get away with selling crap !! thats our hard earned money we lost. i would like to get it back. $237.00 plus tax & plus shipping. thank you

Many power sellers will get lots of "positives" from the same "buyer", especially following a large number iof negatives. This artificially raises their feedback ratings and allows them to remain power sellers.
Ebay doesn't give a d**n, as long as those seller fees come rolling in.
