Jewerly Vault ripoff, very very dishonest , not a Company you can trust, refunds not in their company policy Los Angeles California

I agree every thing other people have written about the Jewerly Vault. They should be taken off the T.V station . They have put charges on my Credit Card close to $2000.00 on items which had been canceled way before the time in which they would be sending the jewerly. They talk a good game . They never return your phone calls . I had even left a message on the Host voice mail Jeff Rhodes explain everything. These charges were put on May 22,2005 and to date there is still no refund . Had to call credit card company to handle this mess. I am going to get in touch with Dish Network to see if they will take them off the air. Also report to State Attorney Office in Calf. They claim they are better than other jewerly companies on the air, I have dealt with HSN, QVC. Jewerly Televison, etc. They at least stand by their policies.
