Jewlery By Ezra on ebay is a rip-off! Dishonest! Jewlery never sent after payment. New York New York

I had won a mens diamond ring on ebay by jewlery by ezra. I had paid for the item back in October and still have not seen or heard from them about the item that I had won. I had contacted several times and had no response from them. However I did receive an email from them stating that I could track my package from the USPS track and confirm website. When I did this it was stating that the package was to have been sent out on the 19th of October 2004.

If this package was coming to me from New York, I surely would have thought that it would have been here by now. Since I have received no further emails from this company I have to assume that I am not going to receive anything from them I have even asked for a refund and of course no response from them I would really like to seee a refund from them for 54.90.
