JFYC RIPOFF, DISHONEST, FRAUDULENT CHECK CASHING Ripoff Columbia South Carolina

I am very careful about my finances, and check my online banking daily. On 5/17/2007, I had a check # 001 for $110 post to my account. I called my bank and had them fax me a copy of this check. When I received the fax, the check was to JFYC-Entitlement Pro for $110. In big letters at the bottom right hand corner of that check where my signature should have been it said "SIGNATURE NOT REQUIRED" Underneath that it said payee authorizes funds to be withdrawn from said account. On the back of the check it said for deposit only and a Bank of America account number.

I contacted my bank and told them that I did not authorize this transaction and that I wanted to take all actions needed to get my money back. They told me that I needed to come to the bank and sign some documents and then file a police report. All of this needs to be accomplished within 60 days of the check posting to my account. I am also going to file a complaint with National Check Fraud Center, The Federal Trade Commission, the Better Business Bureau, even the FBI if I have to. Obviously, I'm not the only one that has been affected by this. I know it's only $110, but to me, that is a lot of money.
