jiaxuantech - Grace Paid for goods never delivered and now want more money for customs Chins Internet

Was looking for some electronic goods ( ipad and computer) and made initial inquiry through Alibaba. Receive quote from this company and person by name of Grace. As they had a business website and it looked legitimate, After numerous back and forth communications I proceeded to make payment for goods to them via Western Union. Big mistake on my end. After I made the payment she went quiet and several days later after requesting for shipping confirmation and tracking # she came back stated they needed another $298 USD for customs to clear package. I have asked repeatedly for invoice from customs or even contact information from customs and she will not provide it. I now see online another fellow with the exact same issue from this company and this person under another report through scam alert post as follows: I have been researching supplier's for the smart scooter to sell in my retail store. After about 15 emails between this company and I I received an invoice and took it to my bank and wired the money to China. Yesterday morning they sent an email saying package shipped, this morning they tried to get me to western union another $188 for customs to release the package. This is a scam, they will not supply me with a tracking number they said if I don't send more money I get nothing. This post is through

I wish I had seen this post before sending money to them. Same scenario and she stated it had never happened to them before. I had a friend of mine in China try to call the numbers listed for the domain name search and name and male answered stating they do not know Grace. Other phone number she gave me is disconnected. The company domain name and website was just created 6 months ago and they had had several others in past before that were shut down.

Hope I can help others out there from also being ripped off by this company and person. Do not do business with them!!
