Jidd Motors BDC Customer Service Representative Des Plaines Illinois

 I saw the posting on indeed and, applied when I was initially interviewed I got asked if I knew Frank Campos I said no we went on with the interview received improper training after being on the phones for 5hrs. I asked to take my lunch the team lead there badgered me about making sure to come in a 1/2 hr. I reminded him I didn't take my full 15min. break he said he knows that. When the Director of the BDC came back I made a complaint about the treatment right away she started screaming and, yelling and, said if it won't work for you than pack up and, leave when I went back in to grab my belongings she threatened to call the authorities I called Des Plaines non emergency filed a complaint and, just might hire an attorney about this they take advantage there is no room for growth if anything Im overqualified for that position they don't like competition or, anyone who has more experience than them
