Jiffy Lube # 391 Atlantic Coast Enterprises Charged for services not rendered. Miami Shores, Florida

Went in for an oil change on June 8 2012 Fri. There from aprox. 10:25 to 11:45. I sat in a location where i can keep an eye on my vehicle. (Uplander mini van service vehicle.) They pulled it into the bay maybe 35 min later. I saw them pop the hood and started working.

At 11:35-11:40 done. Got the invoice. Checked the description. Oil chance/oil filter/air filter/3 beam blades wiper blades/tire rotation. I have a service vehicle with graphics in the back glass, so i have no rear wiper. Why is there 3 on the invoice? I think they just looked up the vehicle and "Oh it requires 3 wipers." Brought it to their attention. The tech was like "oh f%^$, it doesn't have a wiper in the back?"
You worked on it didn't you check? Oh, i'll take care of it.

Check new invoice. Ask the manager, "Did you guys rotate the tires?" Answer was "yes". Ok. Got invoice and left. Pulled into the parking lot up the block. Checked dipstick, Oil ok. Checked wiper blades, they don't look new and i didn't see them get replaced. Checked tires and they weren't rotated. Brake dust wasn't disturbed in the hub caps.

Last but not least pulled put the air filter M#$$ $^%^ didn't change it. Wiskey,Tango,Foxtrot. They only changed the oil and wrote that they did other service that wasn't done. I'm having my office dispute this bill and only pay for the oil change. Just because it's a Fleet Service account don't think i'm not going to check the invoice to make sure its correct.

I should on known something was up when this one customer was complaining about her cel was on after the finished working on her car. Beware, check to make sure what service was performed was actually performed.
