Paid $14.99 for a recharge kit for my KM air filter. They claimed they used the entire kit when, in fact, the manufacturer stated that the kit is good for 4-6 "recharges."

Complaint made to the store and the clerk indicated she would relay it to the owner...with several repeat phone calls to the store never received a response.
