I have had enough of this place and their retarded employees talking to customers like they're their employees. None of them have even a 4 year degree and I could easily own the company. They will shut up and be polite or they will be FIRED!

I wonder why he's even in Jiffylube. I'm sure a Big shot, Educated, Rich guy, like him would rather have his driver take his Mercedes, Rolls Royce, or whatever big expensive ride he's got to the Dealership and get the oil changed, that way he would not even have to see the under classes doing the job of changing his oil.
Maybe if he is as smart, and rich as he says, he should just quit having his oil changed altogether and just buy a new car, when its time to get the oil changed.

I guess what surprises me is that you'd expect them to have a 4 year degree. They change oil for a living.
