Jillian Michaels Weight Loss Program, Jillian Michaels -The Biggest Winner Did not respond to help requests. Del Mar Calif

I had purchased the Jillian Michaels program as advertised on the Internet-they charge you for their book and the DVDs that they state makes the program work more effectively if you buy both . They also state very clearly that their staff will be available whenever you need.

After purchasing the program there were many questions I had about their food plan-they either suggested one that was rather complicate and not time constructive or purchasing their foods which are exrbent in price. I contacted them 5x to inquire about a modified food plan that was easier to follow and more appropriate for the time restrictions I have in my life. They did not respond to either my contact to their helpline or did Jillian respond when I use the area that said ask Jillian!--

So here I was stuck without support and no responses- I finally being frustrated told them I wanted my money back for the products. They had the gall to fist say I did not contact them then they stated they would refund me if I returned their product at a cost to me!!--I told them I would not do either and that I wanted my money refunded-then they said they would give me another month of the program. They do not seem to get it.

Right now I want to be refunded my costs and that is it!!!!-If they send me a prepaid envelope to send back their program I would do that also-but they will not cooperate and at this point will not even responfd with emails-HELP!!!!
