 We had been customers of the Jim Bakker Show, Morningside Church for many years. We had been receiving their double jubilee monthly food package along with the water brick & food package. August of 2016 the water brick & food package was never sent but we were charged for it. I had been in contact with customer service weekly trying to get the product sent out. They have not sent it & they have not reimbursed me for it. Then in September the double jubilee monthly package was not shipped correctly, they sent me only six packets of food, alot less then what was supposed to be in a double jubilee monthly package. I was told to call UPS & refuse the package, when they recieved it back they would reimburse my for the entire amount taken out of my account. Now they're telling me that I'm responsible for the shipping charges even though it was their mistake in the first place. Then in Late September they fraudulently withdrew $70.00 from our account. They told me no worries we did that to almost all our customers today & we will be reimbursing our customers for that erroneous charge. They did reimburse that money. But we have gotten lied to & the run around over the $185.00 that they owe us. If you want to buy some emergency storages, don't use this company/church. They are theives, it's sad I would have to make a complaint on a church.
