Photography By Jimmer, Medford

Warning! Don't buy anything from this guy, Jim Broomell, AKA James Broomell, AKA Photography By Jimmer, in Medford, NJ and www.photographybyjimmer.com, they will RIP YOU OFF.First of all I have never complained about a business or service in my lifetime, but after my experience with Jim Broomell AKA Photography By Jimmer I just don't want anyone else getting ripped off.

On December 3rd 2010 I went to www.photographybyjimmer.com and purchased a few photos that looked great online at a cost of $67.00. To my surprise when the supposedly professional photographs arrived they were cheap reprints that looked like my twelve year old daughter took with a Polaroid camera from the 1970's and copied them with a scanner from the 80's.

I should have read Jim Broomell's profile on www.photographybyjimmer.com, were he states that he DID NOT study photography and he read some books off the shelf about taking pictures. When I  tried contact Jim Broomell at the Photography By Jimmer website I received no replies to my emails over a one month period and realized that it was a scam and I was ripped off.

On a good note, I did receive payment back VIA PayPal.com.

Conclusion: Jim Broomell, AKA James Broomell, AKA Photography By Jimmer, in Medford, New Jersey and www.photographybyjimmer.com can't take a picture worth crap!!!!!

Thanks for nothing Mr. Broomell.

Just an update for everyone. This exact posting was rightfully removed from complaintsboard dot com based on proof that I had that it was false. Ripoff report follows a policy not to remove any posts and claims no responsibility for the truthfulness of a post. This website does not adhere to any standards of social responsibility so it will take much more effort for me to get this lie removed from here.

Turning a negative into a positive

AUTHOR: Jimmer - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, March 17, 2011

I believe anyone that is considering doing business with me and reads a negative report will read the responses.

All that I can is that this whole post is a lie and possibly a scam, most likely from a company that want to clean up my reputation on the internet.  Anyone that wants to to business with me, to show my integrity, I will show you my December paypal sales report and you will be amazed that I have NOT ONE paypal sale transaction.  I stand behind my work and will be happy to get references for you to contact.

I think this persons post is a little overboard. A 70's polaroid?  My Nikon equipment speaks for itself.

Don't be worried about this post, if I didn't care about customer service I wouldn't be responding here would I?

Here's the biggest truth to prove I"M NOT LYING. I have been intimately involved in the past with learning the laws about slander and libel and protected 1st amendment speech. I would go on public record, opening myself to a slander or libel lawsuit, and state that whoever made this post "IS A LIAR" because I have documented proof that the author made false statments.

The following is for the lying author's benefit.

Whoever posted this is too scared to even put a name to it because the person might just be bright enough to realize that his slanderous comments are actionable in the court of law. What the person may not know, is that his hidden identity can be forced to be revealed in the court of law through a subpoena in the state of Arizona. This person probably doesn't know that if I lose one job or event based on this posting that is a lie, the author can be held personally liable. This person also doesn't realize that I can file a pro-se lawsuit in Arizona and get my subpoena for under $50 dollars. Once that this is set into motion, this website will be required to reveal identifiable information about the author. That person will then have to show up in court in AZ to defend himself or lose based on a default judgment in the amount of the damages.  http://www.ripoffreport.com/ConsumersSayThankYou/FalseReport.aspx.

Since the exact post has been made on 3 websites, I can kill 3 birds with one stone and one subpoena. I may actually even get more webtraffic from this posting than I could have on my own since I'm not a web developer. However, I may take the initiative, if these posts are not removed relatively soon, to take action. Perhaps this person should read about my resolve before testing me when I am wronged. I successfully defended myself, based on principle, without an attorney, in a two year court saga. I was being prosecuted by a very large law firm. I won and it was kind of fun. Perhaps I'll do it again. I might just want to see how much I can make this false statement cost the author. I have no problem flying to Arizona on a business expense for a court battle. What a beautiful place to go take my camera!

This is a false report

AUTHOR: Jimmer - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 15, 2011

This is Jimmer replying to this complaint. It's kind of funny that I never received an order for 67.00 or an email complaint or a paypal removal of funds from my account. It's also funny that the same posting is on 3 others sites and they used my name for a profile. It's also funny that all these complaints showed up at the same time and then I get an email to my website from a web reputation management company for business to removed my negative search engine results. This solicitation for business is how I found out about these "alleged complaints." I guess it takes a genius to figure out that someone is trying to create their own business by making false allegations. Anyway, I'd be happy to let everyone know that nobody has ever not gotten an email response from me. As for taking pictures that look like they are from a polaroid camera... not with 5, 000 worth of equipment. I back all of my work.
