I bought a new 2009 Chevrolet Corvette from Jim Glover. This is a $62,000 car. After 1800 miles the radio quite the bluetooth quit and the clear coat started coming off the fron bumper. I took it to the shop. They said they had to order the radio and would have the body shop fix the bumper. I got a call the radio had shipped and they had the UPS tracking number and had called UPS and it would be in on a Monday. They said the body shop had fixed the front bumper and it looked great. This all came from Mike Williams the service adviser. Monday came and went, no call. Tuesday came and went, no call. Wednesday I called them and was told the radio was on a Nationwide back order and they had no idea when it would be in.

Remember this was after they confirmed with UPS it would be arriving on Monday. I went down and got my car and came home to my garage where I have special lighting because I work on my motorcycle and keep my car and truck completely detailed at all times. It is relaxing for me. Where they had fixed the little place on the bumper, it was recoated with clear coat, but the WHOLE front end was all scratched up from a buffer who had no idea what he or she was doing. I promptly took it back and asked for the general manager. His name is Steve. I had (33) places that were scratched. He agreed and sent it back to the paint shop and got the representative for GM to pull a radio off the line at the factory to install in my car for which I am grateful. I just got my car back today after TWO WEEKS. They made it worse than it was. Some idiot decided to polish the whole car, they left residue in all the crack, like the trunk, etc. Now the WHOLE car is all scratched up. I bought this off the showroom floor. I am hiring an attorney in the morning and sueing to get my money back plus damages, plus attorney fees. They can have their $62,000 car with a ruined paint job back. DO NOT BUY FROM (DAD WILL DO IT) Jim Glover Chevrolet unless you want to get royally screwed. 10-28-09

I reported earlier that I was told my radio and bluetooth system had been replaced. It has not. I was lied to. I took it in to another dealer since it is still broken and was told it was never replaced. This experience at Jim Glover just keeps getting worse and worse. No wonder there are several bad reports on this site about Jim Glover Chevrolet in Tulsa Oklahoma. I will never set foot on their property again and I have contacted General Motors to deal with the Lies and the condition in which my car was in when it came out of their body shop. By the way the General Manager Steve Burns told me if I didn't remove this off the internet never to come back to Jim Glover Chevrolet. JIm Glover also would not talk to me unless this was removed. I will not remove the truth. Me being told not to come back to Jim Glover is like telling someone they might get hurt if they step in from of a Semi Truck doing 70 miles and hour. Ya think!!
