jim glover REGRETTING MY PURCHASE tulsa Oklahoma

 Bought new car at Jim Glover in Tulsa. Started signing papers. Was told I would be called again for more signing. I was given a copy of no papers and sent on my way. Waited a few days and called the dealership. They transferred me to Brian in financial department. Left message. I called back the next day and was transferred to another financial person. (Dave) left message Called back the next day and said I wanted to make appointment with Jim Glover. I was transferred where I had to leave a message. I called again and said I wanted to make a complaint. I was transferred to the garage. I called back the next week and asked for Brian in financial. He picked up the phone and said "I SM WITH A CLIENT".He hung up. I finally went to the dealership and told them I wanted my old car back. My salesman got me in to finish signing papers. Now, I am experiencing the same thing trying to get my title. Paper tag expires in 1 day. I was told to come pick it up. It could not be located. I contacted Brian in financial and asked for another paper tag so I would not get stopped and because it was no fault of mi e. He said, "NO"! He hung up.. I still have no title.
