Jim Tibbetts marketed his Shipping "Ripping Off" Services through Uship.com. I contracted with him to have a car shipped from Spokane, Washington on August 18th. I paid in full over $600 through Paypal. Jim told me lies to get past the time frame for refund filing through Paypal. It is December 12th and I still do not have the car and now have to pay another "Legitimate Shipper to transport this car.
I have filed this with the Federal Trade Commission and Recommend that anyone ripped off by him do the same. It is my intent to track this guy down and shut him down!
Do not Send this guy money in any form! I did and now am tracking him down! If we can all work together we can get this guy!
