Jim Vermilya Berkshire Hathaway - Laguna Beach He's A Mess! Uneducated about Real Estate Fraud. A Joke of a Man Laguna Beach CA

Jim Vermilya, Berkshire Hathawy Laguna Beach, is a mess. Many years ago one of his realtors, my next door neighbor, Judy Blossom, unethically and or criminally (?) sold my marital home with my abusive husband without my knowledge. Judy represented the buyer. She would show the home when I was picking my kids up from school, without my knowledge. In fact, I never had a conversation with her, not once. According to Mr. Vermilya it's Berkshire Hathaway protocol for his realtors to get involved with their neigbors husbands  and then sell the home without the wife's knowledge.

Judy Blossom NEVER presented the offer to the wife of the marital home. She did this clandestine with the abusive ex husband. Only Richard Zona (abusive ex) and Judy Blossom (evil greedy woman) were at the closing and signed documents. The wife was kept in the dark. Anyway many years later this Mr. Vermilya puts his name on the internet to vouch for this wicked realtor and then attempt to destroy my reputation. THE MAN HAS NEVER MET ME. So I gave the hot mess of a man the benefit of the doubt and called him to tell him the truth.

He almost started crying..."Said I can't deal with this phone call" (boo h*o) and HUNG UP ON ME. He trashes me without knowing me on the internet and then hangs up disrespectfully. IS THIS A PROFESSIONAL MAN WITH INTEGRITY? No it is not! In fact the only thing he said is it couldn't happen but if he was educated and cared about the crooks in his business he would have watched Wayne S Bell/ CA Real Estate Commissioner's video on rampant deed fraud. This guy Jim Vermilya is a joke.

I almost felt bad for the guy that con women/bad realtor Judy Blossom got him to put his name on something so unethical. But he's a grown man, and a hot mess. And I gave him four weeks to do the right thing (it's called integrity) and apologize for furthur verbally abusing a woman that he didn't know. Jim Vermilya and Judy Blossom need to be canned by the State of Ca and Berkshire Hathaway. I haven't witnessed such little integrity since Judy Blossom and my ex sold my marital home without my knowledge.
