Jim Vincente, Robert Fischer, Ronald Ben Wilsson EBay Motors Scam used cars too good to be true Berekely California

Found a great car on Autotraders. A 2007 Audi RS4 with low miles for only $18,500 - Made contact with Jim and talked money. the car was only on Auto traders for a couple of days.

Made Jim an offer via email. Jim settled for $16,000 because poor Jim made an offer on his house and even after a bank loan came up short and needed to sell his $50,000 car. Jim tells me he had it listed on eBay motors and because of that I can get the eBay protection plan. The car is sitting in a storage container and can be shipped to me within 3 days with all the documents inside.

The money will be held in escrow account until i inspect the car upon receipt and sign the papers and fax them back when the car arrives and then the funds will be released. then i get the email from ebay motors its pretty legit looking - telling me to wire transfer the funds to an escrow agent at Bank of America in Berkeley. I called the bank and gave them the account number.

They see it is an active account and does indeed belong to Ronald Ben Wilson. Although Wilson is spelled Wilsson. Then my buddy Robert Fischer gives me a call. he is from eBay motors. tells me all is proceeding well and i just need to transfer the funds and within a few days the car will arrive.

He gives me a phone number of 323 319-4897. I call it a few minutes later and get his voice mail. Still sounds pretty legit. I do a web search and in Rip Off Report there is the name of Robert Fischer. I get on line with ebay.com, they have a live chat and i share information and they confirm that they do not conduct business in this manner and that it is a scam. Nice try you scamming a holes. And thanks to Rip Off Report you did not get any of my money.
