I have found that no matter what state they have built homes in most of them are crappy and built badly i have only been in mine 8 months and it has never been completely finished they have leveled it 3 times and theres 2 pages of work that still needs to done to this house my payments are made but that does not mean i have not had a ton of grief i have and i have heard all the subs racist comments and the plumber nailed my son s girlfriend while he was in kuwait and i had 2 sets of framers and 2 sets of painters the electric is messed up the air conditoner is already going out my floors are sagging the steps all need to be redone the stairs going to my second floor have to be replaced i have warped doors and it pours the rain in my back door my mother in law fell down the steps and zach got ticked off and said she should be more careful and didnt even take care of her doctors bill and that is a mild rundown of what we have been through and then united built bought that location after it closed and they hired the same liars and cons and i am making it my goal to let buyers beware those three are the biggest snakes in the business norine is famous for never having an answer lon is car salesman material who sold mobile homes before this and zach is a suck up yes man that says what he wants you to hear and then blames everyone else for your house being built badly i will be happy to have them in court

The mortgage company is JWH/Mid State. I did have my home built by JWH and there were some problems with the home, I was blest to not have some of the problems others have had; however, I have had 5 years of being bullied by this company and I have done nothing wrong. I wanted to let people know that this is not a good company all the way around. Have you read anything else on this site? Not only have they built crappy houses but they bully people.

So what is your confusion? I am justified with my complaints. Do you have any?

This is for the gentleman, Sick and Tired....I do understand about Mr. Dickson, actually I have to call him at 2 pm today. I also understand about the harrassment, we endure it as well.

I have started due process, and the laws that they have broken have been of the fair debt collections act. I have no issue with people just doing there job, but when you start harrassing people just because you can, that is not only illegal but unethical and dirty. You must be one of them. Which, hey, if you want to take the side of, and be named as, ruthless, hateful and unethical be my guest. Laws should be obeyed by all. I have paid my bills, did I have financial issues for a while, who has not. Seems to me with the market the way it is, JWH would be nicer and work with people so they can collect instead breaking laws to get what they want.

Whatever, they are closing the doors on for them and as far as I am concerned that is a good thing. Hope your job is not one in question. Then again, if you handle business this way, I hope it is.

You would not have a case, it is your word against theirs. People on the telephone are often rude when they think you owe them money. Either way, this is not a rip off.

You miss the whole point. I did not have a problem with them calling me, I had a problem with the means by which they chose to use. Screaming and accusing people of being thieves and liars is not a way to conduct business. I beleive there are laws against all of the things I complained about. I pay my bills and I have learned to keep up with my records. Maybe as a mortgage company, JWH should do the same and not make false accusations!

What is sad is the loss of integrity in this company! Is that not what they claim to have?

Sad that people don't get it...when you owe money, you must pay your bills. The banks and mortgage companies are a buisness not a charity.

Everyone has problems with family, by the way, renting still makes you responsible for the mortgage payment, but many still pay on time. If you cannot except that maybe you should not borrow money.
